[tokumx] tokumx v2.0. Assertion `p' failed (errno=12) : Cannot allocate memory

the parameter name is cacheSize
collect few vmstat to see why the process is getting terminated

Toku failed while building index with error: " Assertion `p' failed (errno=12): Cannot allocate memory"
I tried change cache_size and directio params, but it had no effect.
