C#//NET driver 1.10-rc1 released

NOTE: This is a release candidate and should only be used for testing. It is not recommended for production use.

This is a minor release which is fully compatible with server version 2.8 and fully supports
the new features introduced by server version 2.8.

It also fixes some issues reported since 1.9.2 was released.

Note: if you download the zip file, depending on how you unzip the file you may need to "Unblock" the help file. You can do so by right clicking on the "CSharpDriverDocs.chm" file and selecting Properties, and then clicking on the "Unblock" button. You will need to "Unblock" the help file if you see the message "Navigation to webpage was canceled" where the help text would normally appear. You might also just see a blank area where the help text would normally appear.
