Remove existing shard problem

could you help me fix problem with removing existing shard?

I have cluster: 1 router, 3 config, 4 shard.

Error:

[Balancer] moveChunk result: { ok: 0.0, errmsg: "ns not found, should be impossible" }

I have to remove shard0001 but shard is still draining because i have 5 chunks which is still on shard0001. Unfortunatelly collections InputReading203, InputReading204 and MeterReading100057 are droped from database.

Unfortunatelly I don't know how its possible.
