Mongodb Processes Crashed.

DB Version : 2.4.10

Installed on Amazon EC2 m1.medium

Currently facing issue of automatic mongodb service shutdown issue.

when i try to "sudo service mongod restart", it says "mongod stopped and mongod started"

But it doesnt listen on 27017.

Firstly i thought issue due to large file 70 MB. So i have implemented auto log rotate.

But after that i am still facing this issue.

Today, when i faced this issue, at that time log file size was 58 KB.

when i try to restart service, but it doesnt restarted.

But after moving log file to another file name, and then restarted, Mongod process started successfully.

I dont know why happend this. there is nothing in log file.
