MongoDB Java Driver 2.13.0-rc0 has been released

The 2.13.0-rc0 MongoDB Java Driver has been released.  This is the first release candidate, which adds full support for MongoDB 2.8 and fixes a number of issues reported since the last release.  It is not recommended for production use.
