Is it possible to create a new cluster using the MongoDB MMS API?

I see it is possible to list and update clusters, but I don't see any way to create a new cluster using the API.

We want to automate the process of creating the cluster as we have a platform to create apps and each of them will have its own cluster.

If that's not possible so far, is it in the roadmap?
