Is it legal to do MongoDB silent install from my application installer ?

I am planning to build a desktop app that will use mongodb as the data store on both windows and linux platform.

I am wondering whether it's permitted to include unmodified MongoDB binaries along with my desktop application installer, so i can then later do silent install on MongoDB through the installer, like extracting on specific location on my customer's hard drive ?

This is the license Mongo refers to for their OS version.
