I cannot delete my MMS account.

I tried to delete my MMS account and it now seems to be stuck asking me to choose a group name. It will not accept any input and will only allow me to log out.

How do I delete my account? There seems to not be any other way to get help/support.

You can't directly delete MMS groups as they are kept for historical/audit purposes.

However, you can remove all of the users (including yourself as the last user to be removed) from a group in order to orphan it. Make sure you remove the administrators last or you will no longer have access to the group. If are still able to see your MMS Group page you use the "Help & Support" link on the left of the bottom page footer and enter your details to the section "File a Ticket" and submit it via the "Request Support".
