[10gen-mms] MMS host mapping issue

We have several envs where the host names are similar example

vehicle-mongo-3.prod-4.cloud.edmunds.com
vehicle-mongo-3.prod-2.cloud.edmunds.com
vehicle-mongo-3.qa-2.cloud.edmunds.com

each one of the hosts is in different runway and  have different replicaset names.When I add these hosts in mms , mms seems to confuse the hosts and mix and match hosts across replicasets as is evident from the image attached


We did try different "Preferred Hostnames" settings (tried ip regex match, and endswith ".com" to pick the FQDN) but didnt work


Any suggestions would be of great help
